During our meditation, we will address common issues such as how to let go of overwhelm and depressive thoughts. We will learn steps to strengthen self image and self-esteem, attract abundance, practice the effective use of the universal laws of attraction, connect with angels and guides to create healthy relationships.
We will touch upon the use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) aromatherapy, colors, and crystals to enhance your efforts to heal and feel your best.
Cost: $20 Per Class or 5 Classes for $75
